Koutara Nishiyama to Be Guest at Otakon 2025
Washington, D.C. (July 20, 2025) – Voice actor Koutara Nishiyama will be a guest at Otakon 2025, according to Otakorp Inc. He has appeared in numerous titles across various media.
In 2018, Nishiyama won the Best New Actor Award at the 12th Seiyu Awards. In 2020, he made his debut as an artist and has been actively pursuing his music career. In "TOUGEN ANKI," set to premiere in July 2025, he will play Jin Kougasaki, a classmate of the protagonist.
His notable roles include Kentarou Momose in "My New Boss Is Goofy"; Koji Tatsuishi in "My Happy Marriage"; Minami Natsume in the "IDOLiSH7" series; Kiritaka Muse in "Re:Zero—Starting Life in Another World," Season 3; Hikaru Sakaguchi in "Major 2nd"; and Ryuuichi Kashima in "School Babysitters," among others.
Otakon 2025 will be held from August 8-10, 2025 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
