When I saw it got renewed so fast, I thought "Hey, they are doing split cour and calling it a third season so they can sell Blurays" but apparently it isn't.
Oh boy, I hope they don't censor the next arc too much.

Very excited to hear this. I actually loved season 2 for the way it developed its supporting cast, but would have been disappointed if that had been the final season. So I'm stoked that we will for sure be getting more so that the series can build off of what it did this season.

I have tried three times to watch the first season, but I just could not get into this anime. I like other Isekai anime's and what I watched wasn't bad, but for some reason it just will not click with me. Maybe it was the art. The main protagonists art kinda rubbed me the wrong way . With any entertainment, if I cant get with the protagonist, I will usually just drop it.
Ah, well at least other people are pleased.

Well would say check out the Overlord Wiki (Fandom) and see if your interest is peaked.
