Considering what happens after the events of the anime (like, moments after), this is only possible if it takes place during the anime's runtime.
Unless this CM teaser is unrelated completely to the contents of the episode itself. |

If the OVA ends with Subaru and Rem making out for 3 minutes, Subaru crying and admitting he was wrong for rejecting her, and Rem and Subaru getting married, then okay.
If it's a waste of time filler, then forget it. |

this'll be a totally irrelevant filler OVA
but i would love if it was just like a collection of more of subaru's deaths anyway, the rock music in the cooking scene cracked me up (like an egg, one might say) |
