Universal Studios Japan's Cool Japan Attractions' Ads Are Action-Packed

Universal Studios Japan is humming with excitement before the launch of its "Cool Japan 2018" campaign of new attractions. The theme park recently unveiled the details of its Sailor Moon: The Miracle 4D show and now has action-packed previews of its Final Fantasy XR ride, Detective Conan real escape game and Monster Hunter the Real experience.

In the Final Fantasy XR ad, a suave Sephiroth and Cloud battle above the rider as she flies over Midgar and through a field of Chōcobo.

The Detective Conan the Escape ~Zero no Prelude~ real escape ad previews an action-packed event where the group attempts to disarm a bomb before the building explodes. The story of the Real Escape Game will be a prologue to the Detective Conan anime's 22nd film, Detective Conan: Zero's Executioner, which will open in Japan on April 13. Both the film and the escape game will center on the character Tōru "Zero" Amuro. In addition to participants solving puzzles to escape, the attraction will feature live performances with action scenes.

Monster Hunter the Real previously came to Universal Studios Japan in 2012. "The Real" attractions at the theme park are used to describe walk-through attractions, in this case, in the world of CAPCOM's video game series.

The first wave of the Universal Cool Japan 2018 attractions will launch on January 19. The Sailor Moon 4D attraction will launch later on March 16.
