AnimEigo has announced on its website that number of Signups for the SDF Macross (Robotech) TV Series DVD box set has reached 7298 (as of Oct 10th) placing it in the $260 range, once the number of pre-order signups tops 7500 the price will drop to $250.
It is now possible to pre-order the second Urusei Yatsura DVD (TV episodes 6-10) which is supposed to ship sometime in January. AnimEigo has hinted that this DVD may ship before Christmas, but no guarantees. Those who previously purchased the UY VHS tapes or Laser Discs are able to exchange them for a rebate towards the UY DVDs.
