Magical Girl Site Manga Ends in 3 Chapters

posted on by Rafael Antonio Pineda
Manga launched in 2013, inspired TV anime in spring 2018

Kentarō Satō announced on Twitter on Sunday that he will end the Magical Girl Site (Mahō Shōjo Site) manga in three chapters, including the chapter that released in the 33rd issue of Akita Shoten's Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine on Thursday. If there are no delays, the manga will end on August 1.

Satō previously stated last November that the manga's main story would continue for "a little bit longer."

Satō (Magical Girl Apocalypse) launched the Magical Girl Site horror manga on the Champion Tap! manga website in July 2013, before moving it to Weekly Shōnen Champion in September 2017. Akita Shoten published 14th volume on May 8, and will ship the 15th volume on August 8. Seven Seas Entertainment is releasing the manga in English, and it shipped the ninth volume on May 28.

Toshinori Sogabe drew the Mahō Shōjo Site Sept spinoff manga from October 2017 to August 2018.

The manga inspired a television anime that premiered in April 2018 and ended in June 2018. The anime streamed on Amazon Prime Video outside of Japan.
