OceanVeil announced on Friday that it will stream the television anime of Takuya Shinjō's Hands off: Sawaranaide Kotesashi-kun (Don't Touch Kotesashi) manga for the fall 2025 season. The company will stream the uncensored version.

The anime will debut on Tokyo MX on October 5 at 25:05 (effectively October 6 at 1:05 a.m.), and then late at night on BS11 on October 6. A "Complete Deregula Version" will stream on AnimeFesta that is uncensored. The partially censored "Deregula Version" and the censored broadcast version will also stream on AnimeFesta and other streaming services.

An advanced screening event will take place in Tokyo on September 28.

The anime stars:

Hisashi Saito (I’m Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!?, Fantasista Doll) is directing the anime at Quad. Gogo Hakuki is in charge of series scripts, Ryūsuke Tsukamoto (The Apothecary Diaries, Protocol: Rain animation director) is designing the characters, and Chihiro Endō is composing the music. Deregula is producing the anime.

Additional staff includes:

UtaGe! will perform the opening theme song "U.K.U," and Palette Parade will perform the ending theme song "Jōjō ↑ High Tension."

The manga centers on Kōyō Kotesashi, a boy who aims to become a sports doctor. He becomes a massage specialist in Seiha University High School, a school known for its powerhouse sports teams. There, he provides massage services to unique athlete girls.

Shinjō launched the manga in Kodansha's Magazine Pocket app in May 2021. Kodansha published the manga's 12th compiled book volume on July 9.
