Vic Mignogna at Tadokucon

TANDOKUCON WELCOMES AAA BEST ACTOR!
Vic Mignogna voted Best Actor at the first annual American Anime Awards on February 24, 2007 in New York City comes to TandokuCon 2007

PHILADELPHIA, PA – February 28, 2007 - Vic Mignogna, the anime actor best known for his role as Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist won the Best Actor award at the American Anime Awards in New York city on February 24, 2007 for that role and his performance in Macross. Mignogna was visibly emotional as he accepted the award.

Mignogna, who was born in Pennsylvania, is one of the most featured voice actors on You Tube with over 400 videos featuring him and/or his songs. With more than 75 voice-over credits on his resume, Vic is one of the most sought after anime convention guests.

Mignogna was one of the first celebrity guests to sign-on to appear at TandokuCon in Philadelphia in November 2007. When invited to come to TandokuCon 2007, Vic said, “I would love to help you guys build something really cool in Philadelphia.” Mignogna will be signing autographs, judging Cosplay contests and participating in panels on life as an anime actor, behind-the-scenes anime and more.

ABOUT TANDOKUCON 2007: The first full-scale anime convention to be held in Center City Philadelphia. Located at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, TandokuCon 2007 spans the weekend of November 9, 2007 and promises con goers the classic con experience. Other celebrity guest appearances include Johnny Yong Bosch, Lex Lang, Crispin Freeman, Liam O'Brien and more; plus, a concert by Bosch's band, Eyeshine.
