Set during the vibrant Tokyo 2000s era, players will explore the city's wide-ranging subcultures to uncover the mystery behind a haunted property. From live music venues to maid cafes and the lolita haunt, Jingubashi Bridge, players will also traverse through history, discover ghosts and bring them back to their homeland.

A cheap and quick deal turns into a mystery with a haunted property at the center!
Tokyo, 2000s. - With no home to return to, college student Itachi takes a part-time job living in a building rumoured to have lived through psychological traumas. The job seemed too good to be true - no resume needed and food, clothing, shelter all provided. Simply live there for a week with Tanuki (the real estate agent), help with basic inspections and earn 100,000 yen in cold, hard cash.
Or so he thought. The property is actually home to “Ubusuna”, a strange phenomenon left behind by the previous, deceased resident. The real estate agents' goal, led by Tanuki, is to use Itachi as bait to manifest the 'Ubusuna,' return it to its hometown, and cleanse the property.
Embark on an adventure, exploring Tokyo's subcultures as they visit the lingering regrets of young people who moved to the city and the relatives they left behind!"
Two intersecting perspectives
The story progresses by switching between the perspectives of Itachi and Tanuki. Play as Itachi, an ordinary person with extraordinary communication skills. While he isn't privy to supernatural phenomena, his gift of the gab allows him to gather information even from band girls and maids that he meets for the first time. It's a huge contrast to shy ol' Tanuki who has trouble speaking to others but can “see” the unseen. Use the abilities of both characters to negate the Ubusuna's attacks and gather information. What lies at the intersection of both characters' view points may be the truth!
Explore beyond the boundaries of the property and embrace the chaos of Tokyo's subcultural hotspots. Meet visual kei band members, maids, lolitas and more! By tracing the history of subculture in the 2000s, the mystery of the case will gradually be uncovered.
Return the supernatural to its rightful place
During the exorcism, you will uncover the true nature of the supernatural through a ritual called "Ubusuna musubi" Using information and items gathered during the investigation, your goal is to uncover the Ubusunal's name, place of origin, and cause of death, and return it to its rightful home. However, Itachi is constantly in danger during the exorcism, so be careful not to make too many mistakes…
