Peggy O'Neil
Peggy O'neil I originally inputed "O'neil" because that's what was written on the credits of the R1 GitS: SAC DVD. I think it might've been a typeo on their part. "O'Neil" seems to be the correct input, so if you could, please merge the roles from "O'neil" into that one. Thanks! |

Eiji Inomoto over there is actually 2 different people in one. One is the creator of Bedaman which is given with the kanji as you can see there, 犬木栄治 (source: http://www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/anime/bedaman/stuffcast.html) However, there's a different Eiji Inomoto who's done the rest of the work (which is all along the same lines). This is 井野元英二, also Eiji Inomoto. http://www.satelight.co.jp/works/heatguy.html - 井野元英二 doing Main Mecha modeling http://www.satelight.co.jp/works/geneshaft.html - 井野元英二 doing 3D CGI http://www.aquarion.info/staff_cast/index.html - 井野元英二 doing CGI animation directing and I'm pretty sure it's the same for Gundam Evolve. Could someone kindly split it up into 2 different people... one is a mangaka, one is a 3D animator. |

Okay, I'm back. It's been a while.
Merged
Merged. Ahem, EB...
Splitted.
Which one is better?
SOURCE, SOURCE, PLEASE! I know none of them; shall I look after the source information all by myself? If so, we don't need a report system; I'll just comb through each and every entry then. For aliases, please make sure there is no pseudonym created for non-union purposes. Many voice actors chose not to make them public. |

Actual video credits aren't 100% accurate. Not too long ago, Sterling Brucks mentioned that ADV misspelled his last name to "Brooks."

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0642601/ She's been credited as "O'Shaughnessy" and "O'Shaughnessey", so either of them work (probably the best case here is to do the same as IMDb and have the longer version of the name as the main entry and the other one as "Also known as") "O'Shaughness" is definitely a misspelling, though.
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1591151/ He's credited much more often just as "Chris" from what I've seen.
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0199965/ He's credited much more often as "Dan".

Didn't see this one up above, but in case source confirmation is needed for it too... http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1215750/ http://www.crystalacids.com/database/actor/day_carol-anne.html I'm quite certain I saw her name as "Carol-Anne Day" in the Ceres credits. It should be "Anne" not "Ann". Some other duplicates... Crispin FREEMAN Mark PERCY (alias) This particular alias has been confirmed by Crispin Freeman himself. Matthew ERICKSON Matthew ERIKSON (misspelling) Sources: http://www.crystalacids.com/database/actor/erickson_matthew.html http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1254499/ David PETTITT Dave PETTITT Dave PETTIT (misspelling) His Voice123 page has his name spelled "Dave Pettitt". |

Whoops. I entered that in the Encylopedia because that's how it was written in the ending credits from the DVD. There are some other names (in GitS: SAC) that I think were also mispelled as they did not register through the Encyolpedia initially. And speaking of which, I'll change Hikami-san's name right now... . If you want, I made another thread a while back about how I thought some of the names in the credits might be mispelled. If you have the time, feel free to correct any names I might've misinterpreted and I'll edit them to what they should be . |

Some credits don't give accurate spellings for VA names, so sometimes you've got to be careful. I know I had to go back and change a few on entries I put in quite often. Anyway, I spotted a few spellings in there that look off, so I'll inform you about them after I'm done checking. |

Okay, these are the ones that need to be changed in the GitS:SAC entry:
Daisuke Goro -> Daisuke Gouri Michiko Naya -> Michiko Neya Takehiro Murozon -> Takehiro Murozono Tetsuya Iwagana -> Tetsuya Iwanaga Miu Tsuzuhara -> Miyu Tsuzurahara (both of these have been entered, but the later is the correct one) |
