It's a very immature level-like stunted on teenager. Guy doesn't understand females, so he's sort of afraid of them, so he has to belittle them & if he can make her squeal or beg for sex, he has the power over her (Alice Cooper again-"Man's got his woman to take his seed. He's got the power, she's got the need." "Black eyes all of the time & don't spend a dime & clean up this grime & you there down on your knees begging to please come watch me bleed") It's an abusive personality. Maybe he's carrying baggage from some girl he liked treating him like dirt so he has some deep-seated need to get even & thus can probably never have a decent relationship with a woman.

Surely you remember your teen yrs. Even if you always respected women, I'm sure you knew guys that didn't (& may know some still). I remember in 9th grade overhearing one boy reeming out his friend because the polite boy's girlfriend fell asleep at the movies on the date & the polite boy didn't do anything & the other boy was going on about what he'd have done & how the polite boy blew his opportunity

Sure I remember my teens, well the good parts at least. I don't like to boost, but I had my , I think you yanks call it, "cherry" broke when I was 16. It was with mutual consent between her and I and it was her idea in the first place. I hated blokes like what you described. I wasn't very nice to them and they were never invited to my house. I was even brought before the headmaster for punching one of them because he was rude to me about a girl I was dating whilst in secondary (high school).

If Hilary was white, I'd still consider her issues and agendas the same way-- if Obama was white, I'd still consider his issues and agendas the same way. It's a shame that more people won't look past their minority statuses and actually see them for what they stand for.

This wasn't directed at anything you said in particular, by the way, I was just griping on how many people I've heard lately commenting on the issue of Clinton being a woman.

When you said "if Hillary was white" did you mean to say if she was male/a man? I ask because she is white so that confused me since you were trying to say if they were the opposite of what they are. Right?

I know this is way off topic, but I've decided the black bar annoys me too much to be concerned about spoilers in forums. Does anybody know how or if I can change this? I looked in my profile but I didn't see anything that mentioned spoiler alerts.

I don't think there is, but how much more work is there to just put your cursor on the spoiler tag which then clears the black bar?

Come again? You mean I've been highlighting every damn spoiler for over a year now for no damn reason? Son of a......

I'm so sorry Emerje Senpai for betraying your faith in me. Please allow me to fall on my sword for my failings.

I speak Japanese at maybe a second or third grade level, but I'm really rusty. I'm going to pick up one of those Rosetta Stone language class things before I go to Japan in the spring.
