The award ceremony for Twin Engine and Straight Edge's "Anime de Sekai e! Shōsetsu Taishō" (literally: Anime to the World! Novel Prize, titled "Aniseka Novel Award" for short) literary award was held on Wednesday, where it also announced the main staff for the winning story's anime adaptation. Junichi Satō (Sailor Moon series director, Aria the Animation and Aria the Natural director, 2023 Akuma Kun, Sgt. Frog) is the chief director, and NAGOMI is in charge of animation production. The anime adaptation is of Puri's [Watashi no Ofuru de Waruin dakedo] to Okaa-sama (Heroine) ni Torimaki o Oshitsukerare, Totsuida Henkyō demo Yome Atsukai Saremasen ga, Okage de Jiyū ni Ikiraremasu! (My Mother [the Heroine] Married Me Away Like Second-Hand Goods to One of Her Followers, But I'm Not Treated Like a New Bride in the Remote Region I Moved to, and Now I Get to Live Freely!) story.

The story centers on a woman who is married away to one of her mother's followers, and starts living with her husband's family, who also makes her feel not welcome. Despite this, she starts living her new life with her expressionless husband, surrounded with dolls that somehow gives her comfort.

Twin Engine and Straight Edge announced the "Anime de Sekai e! Shōsetsu Taishō" literary award in 2024, and revealed the winners in June.

Puri's story is guaranteed a novel and an anime adaptation of their work. Twin Engine and Straight Edge will also consider making the winner's work into a manga and video game. Lastly, Puri received up to 1 million yen (about US$7,010) in prize money.

The contest had over 6,000 submissions. A total of 16 animation studios participated as judges of the award, including: ZEXCS, Wit Studio, Studio Colorido, team Yamahitsuji, Studio NuT, Geno Studio, studio daisy, Peakys, Studio Kafka, BUG FILMS, Scooter Films, OUTLINE, Team OneOne, NAGOMI, Crew-Cell, and EOTA.
