Lmao the Fairy Tail movie already fell out of the list. Why did they make another one again? Clearly no one cares for it. Laughing

It is weird tho, since I heard the first movie didn't do good either.

It seems like there'll be a record with the new Detective Conan movie.

Yikes, bad news for FT fans, some were hoping for the return of the anime after the manga ended but with the film doing this bad? I highly doubt that.

Because it will be profitable.

You heard incorrectly. It did average in the box office, and respectable in DVD/BD sales.

The film isn't doing bad. Not being in the top ten it's second week doesn't mean that no one is going to see it, or that it's no longer in theaters. It simply means it's experiencing a fairly normal decline over time. No, it's not the sort of resounding success seen with something like Naruto: The Last, or a powerhouse like Detective Conan. That doesn't make it a failure either.

It ranked #10 in it's first week and got around 500k dollars, it fell of the list in it's second week which is to assume that it hasn't reached 1 million dollars yet. I don't know about you, but in my books that's not a good start for any anime film.
