I think you need to manually assign the sounds to the desire files. Then, either save in a custom theme or leave it as it.
Most probably you need to extract the zip first before you can use it. |

Yea, you have to assign them manually. Hopefully someone who knows Japanese will come out with a list of what sound file goes with what system noise.

I tried working this out for anyone interested. Since there's nothing explicitly assigned I tried to provide translations so you can essentially use them for whatever. (My Japanese isn't the greatest, though so its possible I misunderstood some things) But I provided a guide based mostly on the similarities between this one and the default assignments for the Nanami theme. This is based on Windows 7 Home Premium so I'm not sure if it's different for other versions.
11otsukare ("Good Job. See you tomorrow") -> exit windows 12hai("Alright. See you later.") -> windows log off 13okaeri ("Welcome back") -> windows log in 14tr ("Trouble instance") -> critical stop 15renraku -> ("Something was plugged in") device connect 16setsudan (or 17setsuzoku?) ("Connection completed" - for both. Not sure what the nuance of difference is between these) -> device disconnect 18sorosoro ("The battery is starting to get low. Is that okay?") -> low battery alarm 19batt ("The battery is empty. Plug it in?)-> critical battery alarm 20osirase -> ("Notice!") exclamation 21kikokume ("A warning message has come. Is this okay?") -> windows user account control 23mail ("Mail is here!") -> new mail notifictation 24gomi ("Cleaning of the recycle bin is complete!) -> empty recyle bin 25 is just "hai" as in yes. Or maybe "hi" in English. use it where ever. 33-39 it looks like you can also use where ever, they're just interesting little things. Use one of them for "Windows Change Theme" for fun. 33 is "Let's brush our teeth" ???? 34 is "Because I don't like my big brother at all!!" 35 is "I'm really a dummy..." use it for one of the error messages. 
36 is "coward!" ??? 37 is... something rather long that I'm having difficulty understanding. Sorry! 38 is "Deploy!" 39 is "VIP Swap!" 56-60 are sound effects to be used for minimizing maximizing etc. I tried to match these with the Nanami theme to figure them out... (I think I like Nanami's better. These are kinda meh) These are what I used them for: 56hyoi -> restore up 57hyun -> restore down 58pisi -> minimize 59pita -> maximize 60bisi -> Asterisk |
