And after attending AX for 5 straight years in a row, I will have to miss it this year.

Man, I really wish I could go this year. I've looked at the schedule, and it looks amazing. FSN panel & dub, Danganronpa writer, Aksys possibly announcing Zero Escape 3, GSC Panel, etc.

Good, much more convenient than Las Vegas! Comic Con can go there for all I care, it has become so commercial.

I have been missing AX longer (I think I first found out about it in '05, '06 or '07) and it will be like that until I am more financially set in life.

I'm personally hoping that it doesn't get any bigger than last year; getting around was almost impossible, and it was extremely crowded...
I think the guest list isn't looking quite as 'popular' or 'well-known' as last year, so I'm kind of hoping attendance goes down a bit honestly, at least so moving around isn't so hard Confused
(doesn't seem to be a 'super magnet show' like Kill la Kill was last year, or Attack on Titan was the year before but maybe I'm just out of touch)

I remember when AX was at Anaheim and Longbeach convention centers. I like it at LACC, but it sure is out growing the venue. Maybe this year won't be as packed.
Now that I think about it, I've been going to AX for 9 years now. Man, I'm old!

This is great news for me. The light rail Expo Line is being built right outside my door and goes straight to the convention center, so next year I can just walk out of the house, hop on a train and go to AX!

I'm so happy about this. AX is one of the only few conventions that I live near to.
