The October issue of Shueisha's Ribon magazine is announcing on Wednesday that Moe Yukimaru's shōjo manga Hiyokoi is slated to end in the December issue on November 3. The manga's 13th compiled volume revealed this month that the 14th volume will be the series' last.
The school romantic comedy has been running in Ribon since 2009 and inspired an anime adaptation for the The "Natsu Doki– Ribon–kko Party 5" event in 2010.
The story revolves around the unlikely couple of a shy 140-centimeter-tall (about 55-inch-tall) high school girl and a popular 190-centimeter-tall (75-inch-tall) high school boy.
