Anime Expo announced last Wednesday that it will host Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons creator Yasuhiro Wada as a guest. The convention also announced last Thursday that it will host Spike Chunsoft's Yoshinori Terasawa and Takayuki Sugawara.

In addition, OTAQUEST announced that its "OTAQUEST LIVE" event at Anime Expo will host musicians Crystal Kay, YUC’e, and Masayoshi Iimori.

Wada served as producer and director on the original Harvest Moon series, now known as Story of Seasons in the West. His other titles include Birthdays the Beginning and Little King's Story, and his newest game Little Dragon's Café is slated for August 30 in Japan and late summer in the West.

Terasawa and Sugawara served as producer and director, respectively, on Spike Chunsoft's Danganronpa game. Terasawa has also worked on Way of the Samurai, Way of the Ninja, and Conception, while Sugawara has worked on the Ukiyo no ShiShi and Ukiyo no Roushi games. They are both working on Spike Chunsoft's new upcoming RPG Zanki Zero: Last Beginning.

Singer Crystal Kay has performed opening theme songs for the Pokémon: Giratina & The Sky Warrior film and Parappa the Rapper anime, as well as ending theme songs for Fullmetal Alchemist and Nodame Cantabile. She also had a voice role in Pokémon: Giratina & The Sky Warrior.

This year's Anime Expo will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center from July 5 to July 8, with a pre-show event on July 4.
