Steins;Gate: My Darling's Embrace game launched on Tuesday for Switch, PS4, PC; Steins;Gate 0 for Switch

Spike Chunsoft launched its Steins;Gate: My Darling's Embrace game on Tuesday for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam in the West, and its Steins;Gate 0 game for Switch in the West. The company began streaming announcement trailers for both games.

This is the first English release for Steins;Gate: My Darling's Embrace.

The Australian Classification Board had listed Steins;Gate: My Darling's Embrace for release, with Spike Chunsoft as the publisher, in August.

The Steins;Gate: Hiyoku Renri no Darling fan disc debuted for the Xbox 360 in 2011, and never previously had an English release. The fan disc later had a PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3 ports in 2012, and a PlayStation Vita and iOS port in 2013. It was also included in the Steins;Gate: Divergencies Assort collection for the series for the Nintendo Switch in March.

The Steins;Gate 0 follow-up game to the original Steins;Gate game shipped for PS3, PS4, and PS Vita in Japan in December 2015. PQube released the game for PS4 and PS Vita in North America and Europe in November 2016. Steins;Gate 0 launched for PC in Japan in August 2016. Spike Chunsoft released the game for PC via Steam outside Japan in May 2018.

Steins;Gate Elite, a major update of the original Steins;Gate game from Mages with new elements, launched for PS4, PS Vita, and Switch in Japan in September 2018. It launched for PS4, Switch, and PC via Steam in North America and Europe in February.
