Psyvariar Scrolling Shooter Game Gets Psyvariar 3 Game

Success Corporation, Red Art Games, and Red Art Studios unveiled Psyvariar 3, a new installment in Success Corporation's Psyvariar vertical-scrolling shooting game, on Wednesday. The game will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, and PC via Steam in 2026. The game will be available at Success Corporation's booth at Tokyo Game Show this weekend.

Success Corporation first released the vertically scrolling shooter game in arcades in 2000. Psyvariar Delta, a new version of the first game, released in Japan for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in 2018, and released on PC in January 2019. 

Psyvariar 2 released on arcades in 2003, and on Dreamcast, PlayStation 2, and Xbox in 2004.
