I like how ANN never puts the TV channel or start time for any of the "featured" anime. >_> Is it all that difficult to have this information if your going to have a full page dedicated to these shows?

I imagine they think we don't need that info since most of us will be watching the shows online. But yeah, it would nice to know the air date and start time.

It's just that they have this information on all of their non featured anime. I'm willing to bet it's more to do with the current template they have on their featured stuff. Something ANN could easily fix for the next time around.

This is a good guide for all the show times and channels.

Thanks for the site. (I really like the calendar layout they have a lot.) It's not too hard to find this information elsewhere, but isn't this site supposed to be the number one stop for all your anime info? I'm mostly just trying to point out the inconsistency they have right now.

I have to say, I was really surprised by Kokoro Connect. From the eerily foreboding tone it struck in the summary...

...to the final scene in the trailer, I've got my fingers crossed that it'll be akin to AneHana and pull a deeper plot out of its seemingly comedic, bubbly premise. No reason it can't be a great dramedy, from where I'm standing. Cutsie character designs are a wondrous tool to lure us into a false sense of security, ala Narutaru, Madoka, or the aforementioned AnoHana.

When forethought is used cute designs can be used as a weapon.....

Regarding the new spotlight on Ebiten, it's currently showing the trailer for Kokoro Connect.
Not that I expect much from this show, but could you fix this please?

Why the hell does Ebiten's characters looks so damn much like KoitoSenkyoutoChoco's?

Good laaaawdy those are some horrendously generic character designs.

They look nothing alike. Its Seitokai no Ichizon's character designer, while KoiChoco is the Amagami designer.

Damn...Ebiten's designs DID remind me of an anime (which was Seito), but I couldn't remember, so I just immediately thought of an anime, and KoitoSenkyoutoChoco came to mind for no good reason.

I have to admit the Ebiten trailer did amuse me in the way it picked up the Seitokai no Ichizon connection and ran with it.

Great, so it's Onegai Twins with better odds of not committing incest.

If I'm not mistaken, Go Zappa actually wrote a novelisation for Onegai Twins.

Looks like this was breezed by.

You are not mistaken, it was even translated into English, I have them.

They were ok, not great, and mercifully short. He changed things up a bit and made it a worthwhile quick read, two volumes.
