It's a good thing I already picked those up then. And speaking of NISA, someone was actually selling a copy of the premium edition of Ground Control to Psychoelectric Girl for $60 on Amazon. When I got it, it had a price sticker of $125. And it looked like V15 of Excel Saga was getting really out of print, so picked up a copy before second-hand prices skyrocketed. And in non-anime stuff, I picked up the Blu-rays for A Man For All Seasons and Titus.

Today from the comic shop I received:

I haven't opened the figure yet, but looking in the box, it appears that she comes with an extra chest?? Shocked

I'm a bit bummed at the end of Oh My Goddess! That was one of the first two anime I bought and one of the first manga, back in Fall of 1997. They were still in comic book form then and the first issue I found was "The Forgotten Promise" (Chapter 48) I eventually found all the back issues but that took some searching. It didn't help that Blade of the Immortal and Claymore also ended recently.

Hmmm, I went a little nuts online it would seem.... Mostly manga here, ordered between RightStuf and Rakuten. My comic shop hasn't been having sales as often lately and I'm getting inpatient, dammit! I still held back on things though. And something from eBay from before.

I really needed that Korra art book, man! I buy all things Avatar and Korra (except, y'know, the god awful movie). And my embarrassing buy of the evening is clearly Apocalypse Zero manga 1. I bought 2-6 at the baltimore comic-con for like $12. And I own the DVD. It's awful, but that's sort of why I enjoy it, I want to see how bad the manga is in comparison.
And it's a good thing I checked my list, I did already own Ubel Blatt 2! Lol. But Ajin is perhaps what I'm most excited for! It somehow became what I look forward to the most it seems.

Non-anime/manga:

Just pre-ordered this Tuesday's Blu-ray release ofa Disney classic, Aladdin, from bestbuy.com, with their store-exclusive lenticular slipcover... Now I just have to stop in & pick it up Tuesday! I really look forward to not only the improved visuals & audio, but especially the newly-added extra of the recording session 'outtakes' for the late Robin Williams... it's been over a year, and I still miss him like it was just yesterday (and I think it's still so especially painful because almost no one knew anything was wrong with him putting on such a brave front and because had anyone known they might have been able to do something that may have prevented his suicide...)

Ordered the in stock Etotama CE vol 1 and pre-ordered vol 2 from Rightstuf. Th show was a last minute add on to my already busy streaming season in the spring, but boy was I surprised how much I enjoyed it. Really happy it is getting a US release.
