She considers herself as Miwa's rival. Sakura appears in the anime's 10th episode next Wednesday.

The anime premiered on the Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and BS11 channels on July 9, and it is also running on the MBS channel. Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs, and is also streaming an English dub.

Minami Hinata is voicing the protagonist Yū Ayase, and Yurina Amami is voicing Kazuki Mikadono, the oldest of the three Mikadono sisters. Aoi Koga is voicing Niko Mikadono, the second daughter of the Mikadono family, and Yoshino Aoyama is voicing the youngest daughter Miwa Mikadono.

Tadahito Matsubayashi is directing the anime at P.A. Works, and Yūsuke Inoue is the character designer. Takayo Ikami is in charge of the series scripts, Masaru Yokoyama is composing the music, and Jin Aketagawa is the sound director.

The manga centers on Yū Ayase, the son of Subaru Ayase. Yū's mother Subaru is herself gifted with beauty, athleticism, and intelligence, but Yū seems to have only inherited his mother's good looks and nothing else. When Yū is enrolled into a high-class school, he is entrusted to the care of his mother's friend, and moves to their house. There, he begins rooming with the three Mikadono sisters, who are all exceptionally talented in their own way, but have a weak side to them.

Hirakawa launched the manga in Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine in December 2021. Shogakukan published the manga's 15th compiled book volume on July 4. AI localization company Orange Inc.'s emaqi e-bookstore service is releasing the manga in English. Viz Media is also publishing the manga. The release on Viz's website and app has no major noticeable differences from the one on emaqi. The first chapter in Viz's release includes the phrase "translation and lettering provided by Shogakukan."
