What's wrong with that? Ribon is one of the few remaining manga magazines that still target one specific demographic, and that demographic is one where information on menstruation is especially important - to provide information and prevent misinformation, and perhaps even more importantly to make girls understand that menstruation is a normal thing, not shameful or weird that needs to be kept a secret. (Deeply ingrained social biases against menstruation are one thing, but even those aside starting to menstruate can be a really weird physical experience that may be difficult to process. It definitely was for me, and I'd been raised by a very open-minded mother!)

You are totally right, but it's not actually going to be IN ribbon. (As far as the article says) So I'm wondering how a spinoff of a ribbon series in a collection of manga targeted for various ages about this topic is gonna work.
