At $70, these golden plates are being sold at a surprisingly cheap price.
I personally think they would be more suited as decoration displays than actual dinnerware.

this thing is way better with Hyaku Shiki than Gundam and Zaku II

That's if it's real gold. If it's like costume jewelry gold or regular ring gold, then I see the pricing point.

Well they're just gold-plated, which means it's a small overall mass of gold, but I agree that for collectibles like that they're really reasonably-priced.
