The April issue of Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara Miracle magazine is announcing on Monday that the anime of Ayumu Kasuga's four-panel manga Jōkamachi no Dandelion (Castle Town Dandelion) is slated to premiere this summer. The television anime will air on TBS and other networks.

In the manga's story, the everyday lives of the nine super-powered siblings of the royal family are monitored by more than 200 surveillance cameras and broadcast nationwide. The people of the nation who are watching the broadcast will have the ability to elect the next monarch. The story focuses on Akane, the third-oldest sister who can manipulate gravity. She is shy and desperately does not want to be caught on camera.

Kasuga launched the manga in 2012, and Houbunsha published the second compiled book volume last June.

Kasuga designed the characters for the Gonna be the Twin-Tail!! anime that premiered last October.
