British Rapper Jme Will Trade His Album for Holographic Charizard Cards

posted on by Lynzee Loveridge

British Rapper Jme put out a, all-points bulletin on Twitter. He was willing to trade a vinyl edition of his album Integrity> for anyone who had a holographic Charizard Pokémon card in pristine edition laying around their house.

Fans offered other holographic cards but Jme was not having it.

Attempts to trade the card's Japanese counterpart were also shot down.

As were any cards that were too beat up.

Jme wasn't bluffing, though. At least two card collectors were able to trade in Charizard for new tunes.

The rapper offered up a simple motivation for the trades: he's collecting for himself.

Actress Hilary Duff admitted to collecting Pokémon cards once upon a time, but she seemed pretty embarrassed about it.
