New Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card Café Opens in Tokyo in April

posted on by Jennifer Sherman

A new Kerochan Cafe for Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card will run at Tokyo Solamachi in Tokyo Skytree Town from April 27 to July 8.

The café's offerings will be full of Kero's favorite foods in dishes such as "Kero's Feast Plate," "Onsen Tamago Thick Modan-yaki-Style Tantanmen," and "Kero's Pancake Pudding a la Mode." The café will also feature a variety of Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card decorations.

Food or drink orders will come with a bonus coaster, and people who come on their birthday will be able to receive a special birthday coaster. Fans who spend at least 5,000 yen (about US$47) will receive an exclusive tote bag.

The café's official website began accepting reservations on Monday.

A separate Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card café opened in three Animate Cafe's in Japan on March 23, and it will run until May 15.

The anime adaptation of CLAMP's Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card manga premiered on January 7. Crunchyroll is streaming the series with English subtitles as it airs in Japan, and Funimation is streaming an English dub.
