Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax Ignition Makes The irregular at magic high school's Tatsuya Playable

Miyuki is also available as support or playable character this fall

Sega Games is making Tatsuya Shiba from The irregular at magic high school light novel series a playable character in its arcade fighting game Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax Ignition this fall. In addition, the novel series' Miyuki Shiba will be available as a support character.

The original Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax game already offered Miyuki as a playable character and Tatsuya as a support character. Dengeki Bunko: Climax Ignition, the second entry in the game franchise, will now let players use either character as a playable or a support character.

The game also includes other new characters and new systems (such as the new ability to pick two support characters and switch between them every round), and itre-balances existing characters. Ecole and French Bread again developed the game, which debuted in Japanese arcades in July.

The PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita port of Sega's first Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax arcade fighting game shipped in Japan on November 13. Sega plans to release the game in North America and Europe on October 6.

The first game features 14 playable characters and 23 support characters from ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Bunko light novel titles. The game was launched to celebrate the imprint's 20th anniversary.
