FUNimation Entertainment announced the English dub cast for its dub of the Snow White with the Red Hair anime on Monday. Funimation has made the first three dubbed episodes available.

The cast, under ADR Director Cris George and ADR Engineer David Franco, includes:

The rest of the dubbed episodes will be available on the following schedule:

  • Episodes 4-6 – Friday, January 8, 2016
  • Episodes 7-9 – Friday, January 15, 2016
  • Episodes 10-13 – Friday, January 22, 2016

Funimation will also stream the second season of Snow White with the Red Hair beginning on January 12, and will then offer an English broadcast dub for the second season beginning on February 16.

The first season premiered in July 2015 and Funimation streamed the series with English subtitles as it aired.

Funimation describes the anime:

In the kingdom of Tanbarun lives Shirayuki, an independent and strong-willed young woman. Her resourceful intelligence has led her become a skilled pharmacist, but her most defining trait is her shock of beautiful apple-red hair. Her dazzling mane gets her noticed by the prince of the kingdom, but instead of romancing her, he demands she be his concubine. Shirayuki refuses, chops off her lovely locks, and runs away to the neighboring kingdom of Clarines. There, she befriends a young man named Zen, who, SURPRISE, is also a prince, although with a much better temperament than the previous one. Watch as Shirayuki finds her place in the new kingdom, and in Zen's heart.

Sorata Akiduki began the original manga in LaLa in its September 2006 issue. Hakusensha shipped the 15th compiled volume of the series on Tuesday. The limited edition of the 15th volume bundled a 30-minute anime on DVD.
