WriteWorks is credited with the script, and Hiroshi Yakou (animation director for Prison School, Heavy Object) is designing the characters. Yūgo Kanno (Psycho-Pass, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable) is composing the music, and Yoshikazu Iwanami (Fate/Zero, Kill la Kill) is sound director.

Mashiro Ayano (Re:CREATORS, Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works) is performing the anime's opening theme song "starry." ASCA (Fate/Apocrypha) is performing the anime's ending theme song "PLEDGE."
