Ani-One Streams I'm Quitting Heroing, 'Don't Hurt Me, My Healer!' Anime on YouTube

The Executioner and Her Way of Life streams for Ultra subscribers

Hong Kong content distributor MediaLink Entertainment Limited's Ani-One YouTube channel will stream simulcasts of the television anime of Quantum and Hana Amano's I'm Quitting Heroing: Next Gig Is at the Demon Queen's Castle (Yūsha, Yamemasu: Tsugi no Shokuba wa Maōjō) fantasy light novel series starting on April 5 at 8:00 p.m. IST and the television anime of Tannen ni Hakkō's Kono Healer, Mendokusai (This Healer's a Handful) manga starting on April 10 at 5:30 p.m. IST.

The channel also began streaming the television anime of Mato Sato and Nilitsu's The Executioner and Her Way of Life (Shokei Shōjo no Virgin Road) light novel for Ultra subscribers on Friday at 10:00 p.m. IST.

Alongside Hong Kong and India, the titles will stream in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Fiji, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, New Caledonia, Pakistan, Palau, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Seychelles, Singapore, Solomon Island, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, and Vietnam. I'm Quitting Heroing and The Executioner and Her Way of Life will also stream in Thailand. The Executioner and Her Way of Life will additionally stream in Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Samoa, and South Korea but not in the Maldives, Mauritius, and Seychelles.

I'm Quitting Heroing will premiere on AT-X, Tokyo MX, BS11, and MBS on April 5, starting with AT-X at 10:30 p.m.

Hero Leo, who saved the world from demon's invasion, was regarded as a threat by humans due to his extraordinary power, and therefore he was exiled outside the Holy City. But then he chose to join the Demon King's army?! Was it because of his grudge against humans? What are his plans? Let's see what is waiting for him ahead.

Yuu Nobuta (High School Fleet, Maesetsu! Opening Act, The Faraway Paladin) is credited as chief director, while Hisashi Ishii (Rainy Cocoa SideG, Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear) is directing the series at EMT Squared. Shigeru Murakoshi (Zombie Land Saga, to the abandoned Sacred Beasts, The Gymnastics Samurai) is in charge of the series scripts. Yuki Nakano (A Destructive God Sits Next to Me, Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear) is designing the characters.

Minori Suzuki will perform the opening theme song "Broken Identity," and Nao Toyama will perform the ending theme song "Growing."

Quantum published the story on the Kakuyomu story website in 2017. Kadokawa is publishing the story in print with illustrations by Amano, and it released the third volume in October 2018.

Nori Kazato launched a manga adaptation of the novels on Kadokawa's Young Ace Up web manga site in May 2018. Kadokawa will publish the manga's sixth volume on April 4.

Don't Hurt Me, My Healer! will premiere on AT-X, Tokyo MX, Kansai TV, and BS11 on April 10.

Nobuaki Nakanishi (Koihime Musō, Kasimasi - Girl Meets Girl, Mangirl) is directing the anime at Jumondo. Fumihiko Shimo (Talentless Nana, How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?, New Game!) is supervising and writing the series' scripts. Chisato Kikunaga (Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle episode animation director) is designing the characters.

Tannen ni Hakkō launched the manga in Kadokawa's ComicWalker website in 2019. Kadokawa published the manga's fourth compiled book volume in October 2021.

The Executioner and Her Way of Life premiered on the Tokyo MX and BS11 channels on Friday, April 1 at 24:30 (effectively, Saturday, April 2 at 12:30 a.m.), and it will also run on the AT-X channel.

Yoshiki Kawasaki (Ascendance of a Bookworm assistant director) is directing the anime at J.C. Staff, and Shogo Yasukawa (Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma, Hyperdimension Neptunia) is supervising the series scripts. Keiko Tamaki (Cells at Work! sub-character designs) is designing the characters for animation. Jin Aketagawa is directing the sound, and MICHIRU (Ascendance of a Bookworm, Given) is composing the music. EGG FiRM and SB Creative are producing.

Ryō Hirata is designing the props, and Teruhiko Niida is directing the art. Keishi Okuda is the color key artist. Issei Shibayama is directing the 3D CG. Shingo Fukuyo is the compositing director of photography, and Real-T's Kentarou Tsubone is editing.

Mili is performing the opening theme song "Paper Bouquet," and ChouCho is performing the ending theme song "Touka Serenade" (Serenade by Lamplight).

SB Creative published the novels' first volume in July 2019, and will publish the seventh volume on April 14. Yen Press is releasing the novels in English. The novels won the grand prize at the GA Bunko Awards in 2018. Ryo Mitsuya launched a manga adaptation of the novels in Square Enix's Young Gangan magazine in June 2020.
