You mean the Sailor Senshi Are Back with a Brand-New Tribute Album and yes it's called Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon: the 25th Anniversary Memorial Tribute

I wasn't all that impressed with the previous tribute album, so hopefully this one will be more of an improvement. I'm not sure what songs they could cover since they already did all the major songs in the previous album. I wish they would do covers of the PGSM songs as PGSM has been completely ignored by the anniversary.
