Only the third time since 2008 that one publisher dominated the top 10; Shueisha was the publisher each time

Shueisha published every book in the top 10 of Oricon's comic ranking chart for the July 4-10 week.

This was only the third time that a single publisher has dominated the entire weekly top 10 since Oricon began publishing these ranking charts in April 2008. Shueisha was the dominant publisher in all three times — the first occurred in April 2012, and the second occurred in April 2015, when Shueisha published all the books in the top 13.

The 82nd volume of Eiichiro Oda's One Piece ranked #1 on the latest chart with 1,629,995 copies. The latest One Piece volume already ranked #1 in the previous June 27-July 3 week, before its official July 4 release date.

The 22nd volume of Haruichi Furudate's Haikyu!! was #2 with 528,417 copies. The 21st volume of Yusei Matsui's Assassination Classroom ranked #3 with 503,201 copies. Other titles featured in the top 10, from #4 to #10, include:

  • Kazue Katō's Blue Exorcist volume 17
  • Tite Kubo's Bleach volume 73
  • Yūto Tsukuda, Shun Saeki, and Yuki Morisaki's Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma volume 19
  • Saki Hasemi and Kentaro Yabuki's To Love-Ru -Trouble- Darkness volume 16
  • Takeshi Konomi's The New Prince of Tennis volume 18
  • Yudetamago's Kinnikuman volume 55
  • Assassination Classroom Official Illustrated Fan Book: Sotsugyō Album no Jikan
