2nd Peace Maker Kurogane Anime Film's Promo Video Streamed

Film opens in Japan on November 17

The official website for the two-part anime film series based on Nanae Chrono's Peacemaker Kurogane manga revealed a promotional video on Tuesday for the second film, Peacemaker Kurogane: Friend (Peacemaker Kurogane: Yūmei). The film will open in Japan on November 17.

The website also revealed samples of the exclusive manga written by Chrono that theatergoers will receive in the film's first two weeks. People who attend screenings in the film's third week will receive one of two original drama CDs.

Shigeru Kimiya (Hand Maid Mai OAV director, One Off chief director, Ryūsei Sentai Musumet series director) is directing the films (Hiroshi Takeuchi was originally listed as directing the films, but he is no longer listed as working on the project). WHITE FOX is animating the film series. Eiji Umehara is writing the scripts, and Sayaka Koiso is designing the characters and serving as chief animation director.

Jetzejohnson will perform the second film's theme song "Tsukanda Kage wo Hanasanu You ni" (In Order to Not Separate from the Captured Shadow). Jetzejohnson performed the theme song "Rust" for the first film.

The first film, Peacemaker Kurogane: Belief (Peacemaker Kurogane: Omō-michi), premiered in Japan on June 2.
