Gegege no Kitaro Episode Unites 4 Generations of Neko Musume Voice Actresses

The official website for the new GeGeGe no Kitarō anime announced on Saturday that the 39th episode features three guest characters voiced by actresses who have played Neko Musume (Cat Chick) in previous seasons. In total, the episode will feature four actresses who have played Nako Musume in the various GeGeGe no Kitarō anime.
Chinami Nishimura, who voiced Neko Musume in the 1996 anime, will play the character Yuki.
Yuko Mita, who played Neko Musume in the 1985 anime, will voice Yuki's mother.
Hiromi Konno, who voiced Neko Musume in the 2007 anime, is voicing Numagozen.
Umeka Shouji is the current voice of Neko Musume.
Toei Animation is streaming a preview of the 39th episode, which will air on Sunday morning.
Kouji Ogawa is serving as series director while Hiroshi Ohnogi (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood) is handling series composition. Sorato Shimizu is the character designer and chief animation director. Yasuharu Takanashi (Fairy Tail) and -yaiba- (Naruto Shippūden) are composing the music. Fuji TV, Yomiuri Advertising, and Toei Animation are producing.
