Hidekichi Matsumoto Launches Ikimonogatari Manga on November 9

This year's 22nd issue of Kodansha's Evening magazine revealed on Tuesday that Hidekichi Matsumoto will launch a new manga titled Ikimonogatari in the magazine's 23rd issue on November 9.
The new manga will tell stories about the mysteries and eccentricities of the behavior of animals.
Matsumoto launched the With a Dog AND a Cat, Every Day is Fun (Inu to Neko Docchimo Katteru to Mainichi Tanoshii) manga in Kodansha's Nakayoshi magazine in 2010. The manga's seventh volume, which shipped on October 13, will be the final volume of the series "for now." Kodansha Comics is publishing the manga in English.
The manga inspired a television anime adaptation that premiered in October 2020. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.
Matsumoto's previous Honto ni Atta! Reibai-Sensei and Survival Game Club! manga also both inspired anime. The latter manga ended in December 2016.
