Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & the White Guardian Game's Trailer Previews Story

Koei Tecmo began streaming on Friday an English-subtitled story trailer for Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & the White Guardian (Kurenai no Renkinjutsushi to Shiro no Shugosha: Resleriana no Atelier), a new game in the Atelier franchise. The video reveals that preorders are now available for the game.
Koei Tecmo will release the game in the West for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam on September 26. The game will launch for the same systems plus PlayStation 4 in Japan on the same day.
The game is listed as a single-player alchemy RPG and a "completely offline" title. The game will feature new protagonists, Rias Eidreise and Slade Clauslyter, and an original story.
The Atelier Resleriana: Forgotten Alchemy and the Polar Night Liberator (Atelier Resleriana: Wasurerareta Renkinjutsu to Kyokuya no Kaihо̄sha) game from Koei Tecmo, Gust, and Akatsuki Games debuted for iOS and Android in Japan in September 2023, and launched globally for iOS, Android, and PC via Steam in January 2024. The English version ended service on March 28.
The story follows fledgling alchemist Resna, her best friend and beastgirl knight Isana, self-proclaimed "handsome adventurer" Roman, and Resna's alchemy teacher Saskia. Resna aims to bring the forgotten art of alchemy to the world.
