Scotland Loves Anime Screenings Confirmed For Glasgow, London and Edinburgh

Glasgow weekend pass is already available; screenings start with Glasgow run from October 31, films at all three venues include All You Need Is Kill, The Last Blossom, 100 Meters and ChaO

The Scotland Loves Animation website is now listing films that will be screened in Glasgow (October 31 to November 2), London (November 7 to 9) and Edinburgh (November 10 to 16). The Glasgow weekend pass is already available here.

New films screening at all three venues include All You Need Is Kill (pictured above right), The Last Blossom (pictured left), as well as 100 Meters and ChaO.

The venue for the Glasgow screenings will be the Glasgow Film Theatre, and the London screenings will be at Picturehouse Central. The venue for most of the Edinburgh screenings will be the Cameo Picturehouse, but there will be a screening of the film ChaO on November 10 at the nearby Edinburgh Filmhouse, which hosted many of the previous Scotland Loves Anime festivals.

ChaO's director Yasuhiro Aoki will be at the November 10 screening at the Edinburgh Filmhouse, though not at a subsequent screening at Edinburgh's Cameo Picturehouse on November 15.

Takeshi Koike, the director of Redline and Lupin the IIIrd The Movie: The Immortal Bloodline, will appear at screenings of both of his films in Glasgow on October 31.

Kenichro Akimoto, the director of All You Need Is Kill, will appear at a screening of the film in London on November 8.
