4.5/10 (If you count partial correctness on the editor-chef ?)
Biggest suprise was there being an Answerman before Brian. Wonder what he's up to?
2 more years and ANN will be 20... not planning anything special are y'all?

4/10, excluding question 5. Question 5 should have been better formatted. I got a couple of the names right but not all.
I find the quiz a little depressing. Not that I failed it but that Justin was only 18 when he started the site. Although I suppose it's somewhat comforting that over half the participants didn't know it was him.

I knew that Justin founded ANN and was the former CEO and editor in chief but beyond that I was completely clueless.

I got most of them right, and I hardly ever pay attention to the things in those questions. Must've been sinking in from listening to the ANNCast.

Had no idea Zac Bertschy was the first Answerman... Then again, I only appeared at ANN in 2012...

Justin was never CEO. The corporation was founded in 2004 and I was the first CEO.

6/10 not too bad imho. It would have been 7 but I missed George Phillips, got everyone else.
I was surprised at the size of full time ANN staff thought it wasn't more than 10.
I knew Zac had been Answerman and he was early on (before Brian), but I wasn't sure if Justin had had a previous stint before.
I remembered that Justin was roughly my younger brother's age or a year older, so 18 it was way back when!

I guess listening to ANNCast all these years has been worth even more than I thought! Honestly, that's where I learned most of this. Didn't actually know who Egan Loo was though. And also didn't know ANN was Domiciled in Canada. Guessed the USA because I know Zac and Justin are both out of LA now. All in all, 6/10 for me. Pretty happy with that.

Other than knowing ANN was founded by Justin in 1998 (I guessed he was 18, which turned out to be a lucky guess) I was pretty much guessing.
Oh well.

I thought only a small handful of people drew a full-time salary from ANN! (Not that people can fit in one's hand, of course.) I only recall this being mentioned several years ago though, so presumably things have subsequently changed.

Zac's occasional nickname of "The Original Answerman" gave this one away.

I knew that! Reading small print is always a worthwhile endeavour.

Surprised, you say? But everyone knows who you are!
Now reward yourself with another sports car.

Didn't do as well as some others. Then again, i only started frequenting the site around the turn of the millennium :p Interesting ot hear that Justin was the founder, since Answerman under Zac's cranky wing was the sites most notable column IMHO. Must have been the bunnies.

We "frequent fliers" are sly little trolls who note trivia and have long memories. It helps when you have "ANN Publisher & CEO" with your avatar and when you write articles like the AX warning a few weeks ago with that and your actual name. I got 5/10 because I faked myself out on the founder question and because I had no clue about the newsroom and encyclopedia (and Canada). Also, you guys, much as I like the distinctive Bamboo I laughed to see her on almost every question. What's she doing these days? I haven't seen her in a while...
