Good. I hope the rest of Monogatari is animated within 2 years. I like this franchise a lot, but I think it is long enough to end.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the 'final' season of Monogatari is comprised of 6 books: Tsuki, Koyomi, Owari 1/2/3 and zoku owari - plus kizu is still to come out last as predicted~
So Owari is the end of the 'plot' but won't be the last monogatari thing animated.

It shouldn't be. There is still at least one more novel to adapt, Zokuowarimonogatari, and they still need to do Kizumonogatari, and NisiOisin just announced a new novel relatively recently, Tsugimonogatari. And they said they would adapt all of them, so it shouldn't be over just yet. |
I'd say it means Monogatari's final season on tv. since i'd say the rest will be ova and movies
