Frontier story was pretty weak, there's no reason for Sheryl ever to fall for Alto. They are 2 opposite personalities.
Atleast Hayate and Freyja seems much more suited for each other. Delta is a continuation of 7 because the use of music as the key to protoculture. Frontier never used music as a weapon and there were little reference to the origins of protoculture. Throughout Macross from SDF, Plus, 7, Delta all featured music as the game changer. Macross 2, Zero, Frontier, had music but not game changers. |
