vtubing is just another form of streaming, and this cases will just happened sooner or later. here's hoping someday there's a law that regulate this kind of parasocial relationship, face it it's not healthy. Just like there's a law that regulate gambling addicts, micro-transactions and gacha addicts

laws will never be able to fix this after all if a us or China person is harassing a Japanese streamer then witch laws count. And real-world harassment is not only under reported but little is done about it.
