Initial D vol. 1-3 manga set by Tokyopop is currently on clearance at most RadioShack (yes, the place where you buy R/Cs and cell phones) stores for $4.97. However, this month, you can get the set for only $2.49, as it's part of RadioShack's Ultimate Clearance Event.

BTW, don't bother looking for the manga at RadioShack's website. It's not listed there.
