this is a good-ass discussion about politics and the media, here on the Anime News Network forums.

What's the difference? All of them are criminals. Republican and democrats are part of the same pig's excrement. |

I don't have children, nor do I want any. I am currently single. I make regular visits to E-hentai. But at least I don't vote for egomaniacal demagogues who appeal to the worst sorts of nativist sentiments.

Don't forget the manga as well mate! He must be one of us to know that! Seriously I nearly pissed myself laughing at that. That's as hilarious as a Trump/ Palin ticket at November voting. That would never happen, would it?

Let's be real. Most childless men who fap to men are going to vote for Bernie Sanders. Not because of any reason other than younger men especially those who like anime tend to be more liberal and anti-establishment(possibly anti-Clinton).
Either that or not vote for all - honestly, the current front runners are basically clowns and the lesser of two evils. And these type of people tend to be smart enough to realize that or just don't give a f--- about the whole process. |

Not voting because "the establishment's fixed and it doesn't matter" is simple edgelording: Eric Cantor was defeated in a primary challenge, setting the establishment's quest for amnesty back a good bit.
You can call the frontrunners clowns all you like, but Hillary's the spitting image of an establishment politician, which isn't going to cut it these days(how many people are content with the direction the country's been going?). Scott Adams(the Dilbert guy) said, back when it was Hillary versus Trump, part of the vote would hinge on whether the country needed "Dad" or "Mom"; Sanders still fills the "Mom" role, I'd say it probably still applies(except for the idiotic Hitler comparisons that were still in vogue at the time). That you've started having people claim it's racist to expect Muslims to integrate into society isn't going to help matters. |

Well, today is the big day for the start of the race. Will be interesting this evening to see who are the winners.
But considering the polls, this season is an anti-establishment season. People are tired of the smiling politician. That is why Trump and Sanders are doing so well. Trump needs to win, to save us Republicans from Cruz. |
