Charlotte was a title that IMO tried to be Angel Beats, but between pacing, and episode restraints just couldn't do it.

As for Angel Beats, I stand by what I said earlier. Aniplex has this title hostage, They pulled this license back just like they have done to a myriad of others and are sitting on it.

Yes it is available for streaming, but like everything else for how long? If aniplex ever does decide release it, I am hoping they bundle the OVA's. Or at least let someone else reacquire the title and release it.
