They done golden kamuy's third season before and one episode from stars wars visions recently.

Oh yeah, I forgot GK3 came out after Pet. Visions I didn't really count because it was just a short and not a series. They still haven't announced anything for the future though, so I wonder if something will be announced soon

Yeah they really turned it around with season 2, my favourite improvement was the backgrounds, which looked really artificial in season 1. As long as Brain Base at bare the minimum keep have the same level of quality(which shouldn't be too hard as even at its best it was an amazingly animated show), it should be fine.

Exactly the same boat I am in. I had forgotten all about season 3 until I saw this news article. I had to ask myself if I had even seen season 3 and remembered anything.

A studio/staff change rarely worked out/was for the better. Let's see how this turns out.

Great news!

I have waited for this announcement ever since the end of the third season. In each season the quality of the animation has improved helping to tell a a great story. Hope this will be a 2 cour season.

Yeah, they did a great job improving with each season and got quite good.

Hoping to see the whole thing so I keep being happy each time this gets renewed to continue since I really like it and Brains Base is very good so I'm glad at least a good one picked this up. Good to see they were able to keep the writer so the adaptation should still feel similar.
