What is that product, exactly? "Best Selection Figure"? Little action figures, maybe? Was it some sort of special mail-in premium offer associated with Coca-Cola?

They cost between 150 and 400 yen. As far I know, only Taiju http://www.hh.iij4u.or.jp/~nino/ sells this product outside Japan.

If you are a diehard fan of Lupin, it's OK... but it's not my case.
