est em will draw a manga adaptation of Kazuo Ishiguro's award winning novel The Remains of the Day (titled Hi no Nagori in Japanese). The original 1989 novel centers on Stevens, a butler long in the service of an English aristocrat named Lord Darlington. He recounts his years of service in his employer's estate, first with a romantic nostalgia, and then with slow admission of his employer's true colors.

The novel won the Booker Prize for Fiction in 1989, and inspired a 1993 film starring Anthony Hopkins and Emma Thompson that was nominated for eight Academy Awards.

est em most recently launched the Ō-sama no Mimi: Himitsu no Bar e Yōkoso (King's Ear) in Shogakukan's Josei Seven magazine in May 2021, where it is ongoing. Shogakukan published the manga's fifth compiled book volume in September 2024.

est em's other manga include Age Called Blue, IPPO, Seduce Me After the Show, Red Blinds the Foolish, Tableau Numéro 20, and Golondrina. Netcomics released Age Called Blue in English, Aurora Publishing released Red Blinds the Foolish and Seduce Me After the Show in English, and Viz Media released Tableau Numéro 20 in English.

Mogi will draw a manga titled Kuroneko Sensei to Hotsureta Kanja-tachi (The Black Cat Doctor and the Frayed Patients), which the site describes as a "dark fairy tale fantasy" set in a hospital.

Mogi most recently launched the Happy Hypoxia -Haiiro no Ko- (Happy Hypoxia -The Grey Child-) manga in Futabasha's Web Action manga website on June 10.

Mogi's Girl, Meat Girl "interspecies coming-of-age sci-fi" manga recently ended on February 13. Mogi launched the manga in Asahi Shimbun Publications' Nemuki+ magazine in February 2023.

Mogi launched her horror manga Pupa in the inaugural issue of Comic Earth Star magazine in 2011, and ended it in December 2013. Earth Star Entertainment published five volumes for the manga. The manga inspired a 12-episode series of television anime shorts that premiered in January 2014.

Mogi launched the Red Riding Hood's Wolf Apprentice manga in Kodansha's Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine in September 2017. Mogi published the end of the "first part" of the manga in December 2018, and announced that she would self-publish the rest of the manga. Kodansha published the manga's third compiled book volume in February 2019. Kodansha USA Publishing published the manga in English digitally, and it released the third volume in September 2019.

Mogi published the first volume of the Red Riding Hood's Wolf Apprentice: Final Testament to the Moon (Akazukin no Ōkami Deshi - Tsuki e no Tsuigon), the sequel manga of Red Riding Hood's Wolf Apprentice, at the Comitia dōjinshi event in Tokyo in May 2019. The digital version debuted in July 2019. Glacier Bay Books licensed the manga and published the first volume in English in print in May 2022. Digital manga service Azuki added the manga in August 2022.
