So Progressive's story involves Haruko getting somehow split into two seprate entities that still represent her personality (Haruha and Jinyu). The Japanese version opted to cast two new actors (instead of Shintani) as them while the English side decided to keep Kari as Haruha.

The voice actress for Hidomi in the English version, Xanthe Huynh, is the same who played the lead heroine in Dragon Dentist. I thought she was pretty good in that.

I’m pretty sure they were referencing the outtakes/bloopers that were on the DVDs, which are pretty hilarious. I just checked and they are on the Funimation blu-ray release as well. C:
