What do you mean? Diablo doesn't interact with Babalon at all. Only Horn does.

Yeah, in the novels, the joke is for the benefit of the reader / audience ... we recognize that this is a sexy school girl that Diablo would have been interested in / created / purposefully obtained (I can't remember how he got all of his dungeon items tbh) but Horn has no idea.
